hey guys soon i made my server and im for 1st time ADM so i need help with alot of thing and i hope you could me.
1.my server is ep4.5 and how to make the game to 70lv.
2.how to change the stats of the gears and the lvl.
3.How to make the rate of the exp (kill 1 mob and 70lv)
4.how to change the drop rate from the mobs and bosses and to change the drop
5.how to make register page,pvp ranking,donation link,People Online and Server Status
6.How to change the items in IM
7.How to make darks look like lights and lights like darks for 1k DP
8.How to create new lapis
9.And i need the patches for 70lv gears&weapons 65 gears&weapons 60 gears&weapons and the patch for secret arena and World Cup Stadion and where to put them.

I hope you'll help me and sry for the easy question but im for 1st time ADM and no idea what to do xd. ty
