But that's why there's an Unlock All Tracks mod with different versions. Most if not all of them certainly work with this offline...

I don't understand. ID 203 (City Center) works without crashing afterwards. Unlock All Tracks V3 works for me on both v1.8 and v1.8 update 2 without problems.

It hasn't found nfsw.exe where it was last located - I think that is the error.

You have to remove the offline server and put it again on your computer. No other choice atm.
