HWID blocker aka spoofer, basically was introduced by Cobalt. It supposedly blocked CoD from reading your HWIDs. So in short just a temp spoofer.

I remember using it for the raging days of WZ 1. Some time around Caldera there was a lot of BSOD and sometimes instant ban. I'm glad infinite made a come back.
