Civil will work the same in terms of jurisdiction. I highly doubt EO attends the hearing. They'll play hard to get and the courts will have to get foreign agencies to enforce the ruling.

Once an account gets perma banned, any account you play on your pc for approximately 1 month after the initial ban will be instantly shadowbanned for 7-14 days....
