US/SEA Pserver?

Are there any US / SEA pservers still being made for rappelz? Or is it all just EU/RU/AB servers now.

Coming back after a while and I have to say this server is pretty good for e9 latest content with custom stuff too. And also being one of the latest p-servers out there released recently this year....

Been looking for a decent p-server for rappelz recently. Which servers out there has the highest population right now with a decent epic? I'm interested in playing from e6 to e9 again....
