Well I'm not using v2.1 anymore sooo I can't really help... But if you don't want to import every car one-by-one then you can just put the attributes.bin inside the GLOBAL folder of your game.

The Veyron is done :D It took me a while to get it right but I think it turned out pretty accurate :) According to youtube videos :D

I have fixed the XKR too if someone is interested in that.

Check out in the server's files because there is a possibility that the misc parts are level-locked. It's a bit difficult to edit all of them but it's worth a check.
