Conquer Client Freeze Problem

When i play conquer, the client freezes for about a second or two, i do not know if it freezes randomly or in intervals but it is getting annoying, it gets me killed :( It freezes and then resumes...

it depends, because i dont know which file is located in. And since most patches are for servers, the only file included is server.dat and version.dat. i need to know in what file tornado is located.
