edit: there's a desync between some packets, thats why theres more aliens on one of the screens...

To the post:
assuming you are using someone else's files - you need to edit xml files and add the alien in the DB (and obviously add the swf files too)

Yeah, I saw later that they uploaded the source. For around 2 days I added multiplayer support, ~60 ships, effects, sounds etc.. Might release some photos in 1-2 weeks :) But really hard working...
