Ofcourse there is :) But i talk about the basic stuff that comes from items etc :) Also if you want to figure out the actual Damage Reduction like Ranged vs Melee, AoE effects etc it ofc needs more...

This build was great back in 1.0.3, tho since the proc coefficient has been reduced from 0.25 to 0.125 on Wicked Wind, you can't compete with act 3/4 unless you have around 50% crit chance in patch...
