The way I did it was to just over-write the text...

The way I did it was to just over-write the text in the structures, after game loaded up the data, I was able to load a csv for example and replace the item, npc, monster, quest, skill texts etc...

You can doesn't mean it isn't logged automatically on the server side ;) but I'm a bit wary of automated banning I'm sure we have all seen that go horribly wrong in other online games hahaha.
