You can do only visual changes, nothing more.
It does not effect your character in any way. They are just client files.

It is not impossible.. Dos and megabyte did it. U can write ur own script to import them. U need to understand first how to open that images with ur script like released img tools and sobject scripts.. Then u must create ur scripts and add it to blender or untiy. This is the answer of your question.
Here is the problem how u can edit them and export and recompile...

Well I found the script file but it gives error that never seen before in TS2 forums. As u said it is required a good knowledge of programming. I have some but it does not enough of course. Anyway thanks a lot for response !
