beta guilds

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know how I can get into a (stronger) guild on beta ? At this moment I don't really have a strong boat but I'm 10 hours a day online so I grow quickly. An academy of a bigger guild would be nice but I don't know how to get in there :/

Go to the teamspeak of the particular guild.
