I don't understand what kind of help it brings for the beginners. I think they can much faster make gold and buy this items and not waiting for this NPCs several hours and take the same. It will be great if newbies can take some elite stuff like 50-pounders, sails lvl 5, elite beams, elite crew. It will be enough for them to stay in the game and make fun with us.
P.S. From NPC on 3 maps you can take Elcano design.

Everybody knows this is a fail from BP they sometimes have stupids ideias they are so much time design this new design to nothing.
No more nothing to go true I guess
