Yeah, sure. I patched for example the Neo Arena spawns to make it playable for DM.

Patched Neo Arena (for DM) Files in attachment for both the current S4 (New S4) and the old S4 (Patch 9~).

New and old S4 League needs different SCN File formats. So you need to patch for example Neo Arena to make it working in an old client.
