Problem to create a Spawn Point!

Hello,
i want to create a spawn point in GM Aren (/cmove 39).
i make it so when you go in the Portal in Apulune/Iris, where stands Battle Zone, you will be on GM Arena... but now when you I get killed in GM Arena I spawn at Apulune/Iris and i dont want it so...
With the Tut from SrShaden () i have extract the 39.svmap file to any .csv files and then i write in spawns.csv this:

na1,Country,na3,PosX1,PosY1,PosZ1,PosX2,PosY2,PosZ 2
1,1,0,47.5465546,2.984503,66.2137756,47.5465546,2. 984503,66.2137756

Does anyone know why it doesnt work?

When i will change my spawn points then i change it in the C:\ShaiyaServer\SERVER\PSM_Client\Bin\Data\Map.ini
