Well it depends...I had unknown error too.
Sent a ticket and they replied back in like 3-4 hours.

I never using Hack or anything on this Account.
I just Farm the 2/3 matches on Siege.

Hi,
Actually that's my fault but i wanted to open a thread about my problem. I downloaded and used Capsule open bot from this website. and it was coded with autoit. game was already open, i started it. Then my game suddenly closed. Now i can't login anymore. it gives unknown error everytime. i think i got banned. is this a perm ban ? i already sent a ticket. so, don't say send ticket.
