Ask them when did you hack and what kind of hack did you use on that account. They should tell you. A friend of mine ask them and they checked all his log history and told him even about CheatEngine in 2012. So yeah, if you hack once You do not know the day or the hour when they will ban you.

Its joke... they ban permanent everyone about nothing. Bu the people whose using the christmas, happy new year event bug, they play still on full ap on rookie Account. i think guys you soon too get ban perm for nothing. Just will be patient. Regards

PD; in my chase ive got some capsules from a friend and ive ben lucky and got the perms sets and some idiot report me on ProSiebenSat.1 , i think they only checked if i have some GC in the account and cuz they see nothing they ''supose that ive using hacks''

Hi,
Actually that's my fault but i wanted to open a thread about my problem. I downloaded and used Capsule open bot from this website. and it was coded with autoit. game was already open, i started it. Then my game suddenly closed. Now i can't login anymore. it gives unknown error everytime. i think i got banned. is this a perm ban ? i already sent a ticket. so, don't say send ticket.
