I was playing with Exetra long time ago and he blocked my mouse and other ****.
I wasnt able to move or leave the room, so he is not talking ****.

Yeah, that was an private/Gamebreaking Hack by sending the Server false hits i think.
I think you just need an Packet Manager for this ^^

Like unlimited Meele Hits are hitting you

I think you cant use it, its require basic and advanced C++ Knowledges.
Also it was just an Idea ;P

If you really want to obtain this, learn how the s4 engine works
Somewhere in that assemby contains an op code that you can reverse engineer it and pretend you have a packet editor but still useful regardless
