Some questions:
Whats your Windows Version?
Already installed the "Visual c++ 2010 Redistributable"?
Did you run the ID Manager.exe as Administator?
Whats your AntiVirus Software?

Already tested the All in One Version? If not then try it.
It should work with Win 7 64 Bit because im creating my IDM with the same Windows.
Can't tell you yet whats the Problem but i will try to find some Beta Tester with the same Problem to find a solution.

Tested the All in one Version, It's nice but i still get the same problem, Would love to get it fixed since it's the best IDM Around.

Solution for the people with ''Missing MSVCP100D.DLL.
1. Go to the site:
2. Click on ''DOWNLOAD MSVCP100D.DLL FIXER''
3. Run The ''DLL FIXER''
4. When its done scanning for the ''MSVCP100D.DLL'' Just close it afterwards
5. Try the IDM Again Win7 32/64 bit as Administrator
Should run without an missing files/Errors
That's all i did so far and it worked, Got problems with it, Just Reply.

neku when i start id manager and do like i need s4 starts for 1 sec then the idmanager got injected then the id manager closes and s4 closes too

This bug makes your Weapon or Gun Black you need a (Hand Gun) to do it
Then What you need to do:
1-Open Injector x32 if your Windows bit 32
2-Start S4 League with S4 Launcher
3-Change all Items you need
4-Change {Hand Gun}to Weapon you need maybe your {Hand Gun} Need to be Unlimited Use or maybe not
5-Now Save
6-Rejoin Server
7-Activate Items
