well i see now only the launcher give Dynamic table error.....

Wenn ich Bypass starten will kommt immer das "MSVCR100D.dll" nicht gefunden wurde.

Bypass hat mit dem IDM nichts am Hut aber du kannst mal das hier versuchen:

Serverfiles werden mit dem IDM nicht angerührt. Er wollte dir nur Angst machen.

This bug makes your Weapon or Gun Black you need a (Hand Gun) to do it
Then What you need to do:
1-Open Injector x32 if your Windows bit 32
2-Start S4 League with S4 Launcher
3-Change all Items you need
4-Change {Hand Gun}to Weapon you need maybe your {Hand Gun} Need to be Unlimited Use or maybe not
5-Now Save
6-Rejoin Server
7-Activate Items
