Just because you decided not to use it isn't my fault. 3.0 is a massive rewrite+new platform, almost every aspect of AK 3.0 has been rewritten, updated, or created from scratch so I have every right to decide who gets access and who doesn't.
So you can try and play the victim all you want but the facts are a very different thing.
