You need to change some Bins like the SiegeCastle Reservedef SiegeCastleNPC and probly the collision file on client (The bin's on Client+Server)

Most important of all you must run the MapServer without any red error or red text to have no problem's with the server.

1st you don't need the 192......exe anymore if you have xampp working
2nd for that map server you just need some more files world model collision
3rd for the DB.exe port error you can change port from SQL on tabel's
