didnt work for me aswell on arcadia repack 1.2 so i re-imported the old dbo.accounts from 1.1 =) .... some kind of strange

either that or Delete your Auth Database in SQL,

and uncheck where it says "delete backup"

and check "close existing connections"

Then, simply repeat what you did before with the Auth Database. Move the Auth File back to your c:/ drive, Link it to a new Auth Database and There. Your Admin Acct should have been restore completely back to the original. admin pw admin

easy way to eliminate problems...stop sql server
go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL10_50.SQLEXPRESS\MSSQL\DATA
delete the auth/telecaster/arcadia files
restart the sql server
recreate the new db, restore them....and restart pc
after...just add an account in dbo.accounts and shoud be fine

doesnt matter 1.0----1.2 this is best way....
(dont forget sa admin)

Why erase the entire database? when the only problem is simply the auth file?

me i dont have any pass to my admin account when i instal auth database ^^
and i have forever the same problem =S
