how do i put a cool down for skills?

I do not think the Skill CD's can be directly edited.

He obviously meant how to put cool down for all skills, which results that he downloaded a game_bin folder, containing a GameServer.opt with no cool down set to 1. So, you just misunderstood the question, which is nothing special, because the english of the guy who opened the thread sucks.

I wasn't taking sides or anything, just wanted to let everyone know how to change it Also, I set the cool down on taming to 30 seconds, started a tame, waiting for about 5 minutes and the tame succeeded so it doesn't affect taming at all.

Am I able to change the cool down to 10 seconds or is 30 seconds max?
