I can only offer you this list

If you are unsure which server may be the best for your "requirements",
just test them and stay/leave after test.

I know there are several unlisted servers (especially arabic ones),
but I won't list them in collection thread without backlink to epvp...for unlisted cases just search in Rappelz Facebook-Groups.

Edit:
Added also "Rappelz Professionals" to serverlist, since I saw they have a backlink there (even without advertising here).
It's also AR, so maybe it fits to what you're looking for.
