[Release] Quicksale & Altarconverter

I've decided to change some of my tutorials and releases to pdf-versions & archives.
This way you can always checkout somethings' working.

This includes also the Quicksale and Altarconverter here, which is already in use on many servers and seems to be liked a lot - what makes me happy in the current state.

If you want to add or remove items from the quickselling, you can easily do that in my lua file.
