it gets better with time, idk why but it does. I remember the first server i created "locally" was slow and after months of using it and being around the tools suddenly everything happens in a blink, like launching the .bat used to take 10-20 secs now only 3secs or less, also teleporting sometimes i can swear it had no loading screen, maybe we can find an explanation together?

Fix is pretty easy:
Create a new db_worldlocation.rdb for your client that fits to your server-database.

im not sure what im doing wrong you lost me so many times I have been at it for hours now im stuck at the account creation I try to do what you do but still nothing : /

ok now i got passed acc creation but when I start up auth server it tells me sa account not found in database im so close some help with this would be nice

You need to configure "sa" log in in the mssql server management studio.

Make sure "sa" user log in is enabled and then set the password for it.

The password will be encrypted with Pyroks DES encryption tool and put in the .opt files.

hmm can some 1 help me we can use team viewer ? you can take control of my pc and do it not sure if that's allowed to mention here but not sure how its done I got so close

gotta start over I gave up with it tho I need to re install sql I deleted it from my pc

i wasn't able to login into sql

dumb move i know should have looked it up 1st lol : / i got into sql after i deleted some things not sure if it will be there after but 2nd time should go easier right? maybe do things differently while watching vid again

hmm how do you change xp rate ? I was playing and xp was good server crashed and xp rates are crazy also loot pets don't work any more not sure what happened to this

i lowerd it in game bin but its still too high atm i have it set to 25 after crash it was like 400 : / not sure what happened with that

i was 131 in hc sanc was getting like 3% on ss and gp which was ok with me after crash i killed 2 mobs and got 150 : /

sounds weird, check your opts again and don't forget to compress them, also check your buffs you might have something giving extra exp.

as for loot pets that sounds weird, try to reinstall Arcadia this might fix your problem. or get another looter pet

Just here to give a shout-out to "thefear511". Followed the video guide line for line with everything and Server works just fine. Not a single issue, like others have said they had. Starting to dive into the opt files and some of the lua's now to get things like perma server buffs on login and such.


Edit: I would like to know if there is anyway to change the text color. i currently have all my text on the Ui and login screen in a pinkish color.

Edit 2: Anyone else know about an issue with trying to use the in game map? Getting client crash upon opening it.

Pinkish color is arabic sFrame related.
If you don't want these pinkish color, use the US-sframe.


Client-Crash by opening ingame-Map can be solved by re-creating db_worldlocation.rdb of your current server.

Hey I got a question I accidently used a command to get tons off advanced soul cats and cant store them in wh. What is the command to clear inventrory? is it this /runclear_inventory() ? what do I put between the 2 (?)

There's nothing in there.
clear_inventory() deletes all deletable items in function caller's inventory.
But if it's only soul catalyst, then you can also delete it by
delete_item(get_item_handle(ID),find_item(ID))

hmm doesn't work : / I put in /runclear_inventory() and doesn't clear my bag nore doesdelete_item(get_item_handle(ID),find_item(ID)) im not sure if I have to put anything inthere
