This thread is mighty old.

Not sure what you mean by GM display. This if still available from Xijezu, is a standalone GM tool to use for creating commands.

The lists had to be manually created. So at the time of release probably had lists for everything in game but if you need 9.6 covered you will need to update the lists.

This tool will not make your character a GM though without permission 100 in the character list.
