Is it arcadia, if it is good

Is it arcadia8_1, if it is rename it to arcadia and use the help thread next time...

i think your database is wrong change this.

Well usaually when it hangs at the spot yours is hanging at it is because the 8.1 files restore Arcadia as arcadia8_1 and people do not rename it.

If this is not the case and you still want people to help solve your issue you are going to have to let people know some more information.

What server files you are using?

Did you follow the guide setting them up?

What are your current database names?

Did you use the sample .opt files or possibly post your .opt files?

I followed the guide of Player95 "How-To: Get a Rappelz Private Server running"
And I used the server files given in the guide.

my database names are arcadia8_1, telecaster and auth_gameportal that I changed in Arcadia, Telecaster and Auth as I changed them in my gameserver .opt

Double check that rename because this is exactly what I have been talking about.

arcadia8_1 must be renamed in your SQL server to arcadia

it causes the exact issue you are having because your gameserver.opt is telling the game to look for arcadia and it finds arcadia8_1 and hangs.

Run through those configuration instructions again...the port should be 1433 as it is listed in your authserver.opt

I know, I renamed arcadia8_1 to Arcadia at the first time in my SQL server.

I put the port 1433 but when I restart my computer it change in 42175

Maybe you can make the server connect to these new ports?
Add these lines (if they doesn't exist, else edit them) to you gameserver.opt:
S:db.c.port:42175
S:db.user.port:42175

And to authserver.opt:
S db.auth.port:42175

Convert these files to .eop and try.

PS: I have never tried to change them, so I don't know if it works.

Ok the problem is not the port. If I enter the port 42175 nothing works.

I tried with another captainherlock from 8.2 and 7.4 and it is working. But I can't join my server "Cannot connect to the login server" something like that.

I have ram. And I did the commands ofc. And put the good ip in my launcher .bat.

U must alert telecaster db ?
