Ok.... so got the dumper, using the 9.1 server files and client, dumped client with it, pulled the string.rdb tried loading it in the RappelzRDBTool v2.0.1, the values are all giberish, clearly not any english I've ever seen... So is the an RDB editing tool that works with the 9.1 client files on the scale that the ACD clearly does?
Is there actually a way to repack the rdb files back into the .data containers and overwrite the previous ones rather than hashing and storing in Resource folder?
Why not use grimoire or one of the other new client editing tools?
First of all, thank you very much for responding.
I am trying to use the grimv4 tool but it just lets me extract but it doesn't let me add to an existing data.
I have a problem with a client that is in GERMAN, but I want to change it to English with a client that I have in English from the official server.
The official client has GameGuard and I cannot run it.
Excuse me but I'm a little new to all of this.
I will be very grateful if you help me.
Thank you
You see I am launching ascii but country CN for china because china does not use game guard.
Then you need to resource a localeinfo.ini which will work on sframes older than 9.6 the 9.6 sframe ignores resource files and reads data files only so you would need to put the edited localeinfo.ini file back into the data files. The localeinfo.ini file will have the US settings edited into the CN category.
I am attaching mine for you to place in your resource folder to give you a jump start.
