Here is what u should do:
1st:

 Spoiler

go administrator panel in ur pc, edit/delete programs, then delete all SQL files

2nd:

 Spoiler

Get to your rappelz files folder, select it, then press shift+delete buttons, a window will appear (about fixing your problem), click yes, then ur done

Please do fast, and tell me if works
