check the auth ports in your firewall
look for respawn script error on your gameserver ..^^
use the 7.4 PH Sframe
make an new account .. no admin/admin
and try again

Check if something is running on the ports you are using in the gameserver.opt. I got this problem too and it was a mysql-server (don't check your mysql server normally it won't run on the gameports but i had to change the mysql port).
