Exp rate updated to x6 Official <Its getting quick.>
- Added Card (seller) npc, @ mystic jewel trader.
- Gamble cash-shop npc @ middle of horizen.
- Skip master-class quest npc @ job transfer horizen.
- Enchant rates fixed ( everything works now as it should be. )
- Current server buffs will stay, even thru events.
