Depends on the type of DoS they are using. Paket intensive things like SYN flood (loic is using) will just DoS your Proxy/TOR so you can't hide the origin.

You know, I've kept quiet since the shitstorm started, but all this bickering just reinforces the reason why I'm so disappointed in most of the people involved. It was never about individuals, it was about the game. From day one. That's why I made my crappy apps up until I got an actual paying job. That's why I scoured the database when there was something wrong and busted my *** to find and release whatever I could.

I really like you, smoke, and I learned a lot during the brief sessions we worked together, and that's why I'm most disappointed in you. You made this about you and how you got on with others instead of the game. I won't say you single-handedly brought down nCarbon, but you did play a very big part of it.
I mean, one day, I was reading the friendly banter everyone was posting in the nCarbon forums and the next, I log into a blank page. Then I find out through 504 gateway timeout that the project was pretty much dead and that the work of the better part of 2011 was going down the drain over a feud of egos...
That was harsh. I was so saddened about how it all went down that I stepped away from the scene, I come around here with the vain hope that somehow the project was back on track, but now I just see Xij still trucking along (I bet you're better at C#ing than me, lol), and justifiably keeping his work to himself and his team. Pyrok retired from all things Rappelz (I just wanna say that I do understand your reasons for ditching it all, though), and overall the same retards asking the same questions about the new things.

tl;dr Just a rant I had to get off my chest.
