Redemption Repack 1.04 does not have NPCs in HV , gen vendor is used to sell CS items , armor trader , weapon trader , blacksmith got sub-menus with more options , try everything before jump to conclusions , if you need help with anything else feel free to ask.

Since there are a lot of shops in Redemption, and they are certainly not named like the nCarbon repack, I made this XML for my Merchant Modder. Just replace the contents of the Merchants.xml file with these. The last ones are made for myself in my own server, they're likely to not be found at all in yours.
