But he is right. It sucks to read those "How can I do this, how can I do that, Oh I dont understand please tell me"-Comments. Just read the ******* thread and you'll find the stuff you are looking for. If you are not able to do some research on your own, just delete the server files~
Edit: Just found the BuffID for hv-pass. I will not write it in here, too many noobs browsing around these days. If you want the StateID, just pm me.

Well, I decided to move to another forum with more mature users. My last post here~

#add_state(9004, 1, 9999999, "Character")
#add_state(9005, 1, 9999999, "Character")
#add_state(9006, 1, 9999999, "Character")
//HV-Pass Item
#insert_item(910000, 1, "Character")
You have to insert the item first, then the buff. 9004 gives the hv-pass buff, 9005 and 9006 are kinda awesome. (Rappelz PC Buffs, I remember these long time ago ;D)

PC room buffs were released a while back. If you want to be a resourceful member on the "mature forum", you should go through and look through what topics have been posted there already (INCLUDING a fixed genie information post).

at least i alrdy searched all the forum 3 times and didnt see anything :S

A developer on another forum released a fix for genie days before Chaos posted his announcement here.
