we currently have some downtime due to some stability issues with some windows versions which i cant replicate so its taking a while to fix (nothing related to the game update).
we only have 1 support member right now, so its important users provide their log and detailed info when they create a ticket, since a lot of tickets get made. our bot says what to provide when you make a ticket and does state in big text, "if you dont provide your log file your ticket will be closed". tickets that are made and provide all the info required get resolved pretty quickly.
our general chat has some basic rules in place like any discord, as long as you follow the rules you wont get timed out.
as for homer, he generally gets to tickets fast and resolves them if you provide the info you are told to. but if you are rude to him like so many people are in the transcripts i read of the tickets he will just close your ticket.
i am going to look at adding more support members so the discord can be improved over time.

if you need support don't message in general chat for it.
general chat states its not for support.
we have a ticket system for support.
i can see you made a ticket some time later after being told to, but it was closed due to you not providing the required info.
when you create a ticket you need to provide the info that the bot tells you to provide, if you dont your ticket will be closed.
you can open another ticket and provide the info that its asks you to provide then we can look into whatever issue you are having.
