How can you be sure that the cheat is UD again after only 24 hours, even if you know exactly what BE does it's still speculation

I said that 3 days ago, it’s still has no bans. If it wasn’t everyone would be banned. I suspect the dev had a spare bypass or something but I don’t know. I told him it was was dtc, a few hours later he told me he’s got a fix in place and is working on it. Around a day later he messaged me saying it’s back online and UD, and it proves as no one has been banned since
