Need help setting up private server !

Ok, heres the deal..This is not the coolest game or best graphics out there but the demand for this game to be hosted on a private server is HUGE. the owner bought the code off a guy 6 years ago and hasn't changed it since. It's a basic 2d online paintball game called High velocity Paintball or hvpb. im not sure how to start setting up a private server here. I have ran p-servers on conquer and eudemons before but i need help on hvpb. I'm in need of help, i will even pay for help on this topic, also need to know how to bypass an hvpb hardware ban. I looked into my system32 folder and found the unique id or GUID. is there a way to alter it ? i need a way around this ban so i can recieve packets and translate

Need to know what i have to do to get unbanned here, they have no anti hack system. They said they gave me a hardware ban from this computer..is it my MAC address, my ip , my GUID or what do i need to change to get around this.

get a proxy if you have static IP or reinstall the whole OS, or get a real PC, that will get you unbanned 100% :P
