yep, most players in PH play in computer shops even if they have pc at home the computer shop is still the best place to play because u meet your friends there. And most computers shop use virtual logins and some have dynamic ip's.
If u ban an ip you will be banning a lot of players, the thing in perfect world is that even with all the hacks you still need to load like buying amulet for TW and body doubles.
Hackers hack and buy gold and mall items, sellers of gold buy load and mall items to sell. So in a distorted way hackers and botters actually makes this game run in favour of the game company and make people load.
But there must be a balance between predator and prey, between hackers and non-hackers in order for it be good sybiotic ecosystem.
If everyone knows how to hack people will no longer be buying load, if there are no rich hackers buying mall items and gold then no one will loadup.
So a balanced number of hackers consuming gold and mall items is actually favourable for the game company as the cosumption will trigger other players to buy load and sell them as ingot or buy amulets and BD and vend them.
