Naja ... das heißt soviel, wie, daß man für das illegale Nutzen einer KSSN eine Gefängnisstrafe von 15 oder mehr Jahren bekommen kann, die man in Korea absitzen darf. Das erstellen von KSSN's, beispielsweise durch KSSN-Generatoren führt zu einer Lebenslänglichen Haftstrafe. Ersteres ist gleichzusetzen mit dem Stehlen der Identität eines Anderen und Letzteres geht sogar in Richtung Terrorismus.
