The concept of the "Guardian" rank was not thought to the end. While that rank might work in a mature community, it will never work here. Thanks to that badge, the report function has totally lost its function. Depending on our section, there are not enough rule breaches to report to get that badge. Still, Guardian is not a title you earn for being a decent community member, it's a goal you want to achieve by any means.
