technically I believe that it cannot make a flying vehicle because trees and structures on the ground block it because nostale is not able to recognize a vehicle / person in the air

Just create some sprites with the air underneath (like the dragons of the lod). Obviously it will not fly but apparently it will

oki but making a helicopter would not make sense because the aim of a helicopter is to pass over the buildings
