Nostale remake full 3D. No emulator

Cutting right into the point.

I’ve been in Nostale for a few years now and I had one of the most popular pservers out there.
Being in the field myself, I couldn’t help having thoughts about something.. what if a game based on nostale mechanics, story and so on, so basically a pserver, was made, but.. not on those **** emulators out there, a proper “official” game, based on nostale, bringing it to the full 3D field?
Would anyone actually be interested and actually playing it?
So yeah, being myself a game developer for about 17 years, I have enough knowledge and resources to do that, but before spending actual time into it, I want to do some research, so here’s the purpose of this thread, gathering all your ideas and opinion about it.

Just vote and give your honest opinion on the idea.
Would you play it?
Would you find it interesting? And why?
Or would you think is a bad idea? And why so?

honestly it would be really nice .. a NosTale Based game with some New features ... tbh i think about those things and i would have so much ideas.. and if i had the Knowledge for it would do the same thing.. but yeah wish you so much luck and Fun by your project and of course i would play it in my Opinion

if you want create a nostale 3D that mean you need to create all characters modelling in 3D (because now there are 2D sprites), so: modelling, uv map texturing rigging animations and only this require a lot of months. And yeah @ say well: you can have legal problems with gameforge if do you use their contents (like the 3D modelling of maps). And honestly it's better create a new game like nostale instead a pserver... this is my opinion
