This problem is really simple. Firstly you need to carefuly read what the red-coloured message that is displayed on the console says. Then you will know what exactly went wrong. I can direct you to find the source of error and fix it all by yourself. Packet that login server received had too many fields which caused going outside the bounds of array. To specify it was the login packet (that is simple to conclude, function's name is "VerifyLogin").
As far as I know NosTale's login packet was changed some time ago. You need to find NoS0575 packet class and adjust it to the newest login packet's version. Or use older NosTale client version.
