is there a way to find the probabilities of obtaining this or that object in the raid boxes, Valakus, Grenigas, Kertos ... to make a "real" simulator for opening raid boxes?

Open 10k Boxes and calculate it by yourself

and even opening 10k boxes would be not the true probabilities

Yes but statistically you will be quite accurate like 1/2% of error this is unfortunately the only way to know the rate because it’s server side.
