That may not be easy as you think. Your Nostale client calculates the middle position for these window coordinates. You may look with a debugger to find the call to change the position and change this value before.

If you were able you would not even ask.

you have to patch NostaleClient.exe directly, because there is no external config file for UI (there's only NStpuDataXX.NOS which has just the UI sprites).
