But what should I do then?
Is there any tutorial?

Do what? If you manage everything like I did in the video, your server will be ready to go.
Be specific on what your problem is.

Open MS SQL Management Studio => connect to "localhost" => go to your opennos database and open the accounts table (right click, edit).
This is where you can add new accounts. 0 = normal player, 2 = GM.
The password is hashed in sha512.

Are you talking about ingame or in the database?
Ingame => Just use another client with the language, lol.
Database => Use the correct language files when parsing.
