[Release] WaaT parasiteserver

Hello epvp! This is my post 500, and i want give us something :P
Someone sended me the Smoke(d3vil, enigma, etc...) parasite server opensource for make it better for him, i looked the struct and it was sucking, i added some features like: Packet decryption from server, packethandler, new user system etc...
But finally he didn't pay me, then i'm gonna release it for everyone. With some hardworking you can add more functions to WaaT(like reputation system, sp converting when u click G, add speakers, maybe adding mysql u can add guild's). Or convert it in to simply packetlogger for original NosTale. Some interesting thing's of that parasite server is you can add command's and fix overflow packets(recv function don't have boundary check's for char[] and that may cause overflow error's)

Mine version command's:

In general smoke version suck's cause it works when parasite server found's rest packet and work with same var's all time, mine works when parasite server recives in packet and load vars :P

Yep, but some ppl don't know well C/C++ for code him own p.server, it's okay for looking how works packets etc :P
