I need to change with server IP like hamachi or something like this. But there is 2 IP... Which one?

need to change both

first is for xmpp, second for udp.

i made separated to debug local races

This is not an ip

visit google and type what is my ip, replace the localhost part with it.
I will be happy to play with you

but i have a problem: whe i change the "localhost" with "my ip" (i mean my real ip) i can't launch need for speed world

You have to do a port forwarding, and than you will be able to launch or alternatively you can use hamachi. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Port_forwarding
